Eligibility for Refunds

  • Advance payments: If you paid in advance, you may apply for a refund by emailing mark@pitangent.com. Refunds for advance payments are not guaranteed. We will review each request on its merits and may approve a full, partial, or no refund.

  • Post-delivery payments: If you paid after a service was delivered, no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

Email mark@pitangent.com with:

  • Your full name and company name

  • Invoice number and payment date

  • The service purchased

  • Your refund request and reason

  • Any supporting documents

Review and Decision

  • We will assess your request based on scope of work, delivery status, time invested, third-party costs, and any materials already provided.

  • We may request additional information to complete our review.

  • Our decision will be final.

Refund Timing

  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
