PiTangent embarked on a mission to develop an innovative solution for financial wellness in the workplace, known as EWA. This project aimed to empower employees by granting them access to a portion of their earned wages before their scheduled payday. The ultimate goal was to alleviate financial stress and eliminate the need for traditional payday loans while offering employers a tool to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
