  • Specify P99 latency, throughput, concurrency, error budgets 
  • Load-testing and failure mode scenarios 
  • Canary rollout & blue / green strategies 
  • Monitoring, SLA dashboards, and automatic rollback 

With these guardrails, the AI stack becomes an operational asset, not a research toy.
