for us

Initially, there was no challenge to describe in this particular project as Mr. Andrew Grey is an extremely supportive and knowledgeable person. He knows what he wants and described his requirement straightforward to us, i.e. to build a platform that eases every process of logistics for carriers, brokers, and shippers. And the platform has to be as simple as possible for everyone to use.

Problem

There was no technical obstacle in this project. Our setup was good enough to tackle the issues that came up.
But, we cannot say such things about the problems of the logistic industry. Our goal through this app is to minimize those problems of the logistic industry as much as possible.

The problem faced by people associated with this industry:

Finding trucks on time for transportation.
Difficult to remain in touch with carriers, brokers, and shippers all the time.
Tracking trucks while they are on their way for security.
Payment is very difficult as logistics mostly deal with cash.

Solution

A team game was all that it had been to achieve what Mr. Grey asked for. We are proud to say that we have found proper solutions for the problems of logistic works. This feedback is given by our client himself.

Those who used the app found it more helpful than their traditional work procedures. A better view of the app’s ability can be understood from the following points:

It can easily track trucks near you and the same goes for the brokers and owners.
The payment can be done smoothly at the end of service through inbuilt payment gateways.
The real-time chat function always keeps everyone connected.
The rating system helps to choose the best players in the market.

Our UX strategy finds out the smallest of the issues in advance to give a
masterpiece later. The final design of the FreightChanger app is very
much appreciated by the client and his customer. It is very simple and
easy to operate which is essential for the users of the logistic industry.

The development procedure for this app is primarily focused on making the app suitable for shippers, carriers, and brokers. Each user has their own login access and dashboard from where they can go for their requirement.
