Eligibility for Refunds
Advance payments: If you paid in advance, you may apply for a refund by emailing mark@pitangent.com. Refunds for advance payments are not guaranteed. We will review each request on its merits and may approve a full, partial, or no refund.
Post-delivery payments: If you paid after a service was delivered, no refund will be issued.
